Job Description
Danfoss is looking for a passionate Internal Communications Manager to join our team. If you desire to be part of shaping innovative energy efficiency solutions and communicate it to a global audience, this position is for you.
The position is located in Poland - preferably Warsaw or Gdańsk/Tricity.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Overseeing strategic communication initiatives to enhance engagement among nearly 2,000 employees
Providing advisory support to managers in effectively conveying key messages and fostering a culture of transparent communication.
Developing compelling content and ensuring its impactful distribution across internal communication platforms
Designing visual materials, both independently and in collaboration with graphic designers
Planning and executing internal and external events, either autonomously or in partnership with event agencies
Managing media relations, cultivating strong partnerships to enhance corporate visibility and reputation
Supporting the Executive Board in stakeholder engagement, including relationship-building with key partners and institutions, coordinating executive meetings, and preparing comprehensive meeting documentation
Organizing visits internally and externally
Background & Skills
The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
At least three years of experience in internal communications, with a proven track record of engaging and effective messaging
Expertise in project management and event coordination, ensuring seamless execution of communication initiatives
Strong writing and editorial skills, with a natural ability to craft compelling content (“light pen”)
Fundamental graphic design proficiency, enabling the creation of visually engaging materials
Experience in developing high-impact presentations for executive leadership
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, coupled with creativity and dedication
Fluency in spoken and written English, ensuring clear and professional communication
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities in a dynamic environment
Keen aesthetic sense and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute tasks efficiently
Proactive, challenge-driven mindset with a “CAN DO” attitude
