The role

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting SoftwareOne’s customers by processing purchase orders (POs) received from the sales team. Build sales orders, coordinate deliveries, validate and ensure final delivery to customers.

The Procurement Operations team is one of the fastest growing units in SoftwareOne’s SW&C Marketplace Delivery and currently looking for motivated and expert employees to take the next step in its development as operational backbone for SoftwareOne’s strategy and vision towards Software Portfolio Management.

  • Validate Customer order and vendor quotes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with procurement policies.

  • Communicate through emails, reports, and reminders to ensure timely updates and alignment across partners.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and finance departments to address invoice disputes and optimize procurement outcomes.

  • Stay updated on standard methodologies in procurement, supply chain management, and resource planning systems.

  • Embrace challenges, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

What we need to see from you

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in supply chain (preferred)

  • Excellent interpersonal skills written & verbal.

  • 2-3 year’s/prior experience Customer service experience

  • Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Customer focused approach

  • Strong multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
