Job Profile Summary:

As a Store Support Associate, you will play a key role in assisting the store team to ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional support to both customers and the store team, maintaining accurate inventory, keeping the store and back-of-house areas clean and organized, and ensuring that customers leave excited and ready to return. You will work on straightforward tasks using established procedures, while also actively contributing to the store's overall success.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer and Team Support:

  • Provide strong knowledge and enthusiasm for technology, especially company products and services. Serve as a go-to resource for the store team both on the sales floor and in the back of the store.

  • Greet customers during busy moments and ensure they are connected to a sales consultant in a timely manner.

  • Be prepared to demonstrate company technology to new customers, ensuring they understand the basics and encouraging return visits.

  • Store Cleanliness and Maintenance:

  • Continuously scan the sales floor to ensure counters, devices, accessories, and walkways are accessible, clean, and functioning. Report any exceptions to leadership.

  • Frequently inspect and maintain the back of the store to ensure inventory is clean, secure, and appropriately placed.

  • Assist with receiving inventory and stocking the back-of-house area according to store standards.

  • Inventory Management:

  • Help the leadership team conduct weekly cycle counts and identify opportunities for improving the store count process.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Suggest improvements to current processes and procedures that can enhance both the customer and store experience.

  • Physical and Schedule Requirements:

  • Ability to carry and lift boxes weighing up to 25 pounds, and stand and move throughout the store consistently.

  • Must have regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules, including overtime if necessary.

  • Other Duties:

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Requirements

  • This is a 40 hour a week role. Must be able to work any shift any day of the week. Sometimes will get a longer shift (i.e. open to close) but you will always only be working 40 hours a week.

  • Candidates must have open availability to work any hours that the store is open. Open availability is a must. Also, while not mandatory, it would be a huge plus if candidates were bilingual Spanish/English.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand on feet all day long

  • Will help with welcoming and stocking

  • Skillsets needed - Strong customer service, relationship building and organized; needs someone who isn't timid

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and enthusiasm for technology, especially products and services offered by the company.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and store management directions, demonstrating professionalism and integrity at all times.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Work Environment:

  • Retail store environment requiring active engagement on the sales floor and back-of-house spaces. Must be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
