Customer Solutions and Inventory Specialist 2069 Industrial Valley Park Dr, Hannibal, MO 63401 MOHAN Public Store Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:00am - 5:00pm

OVERVIEW: Working as Full-time Customer Solutions and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing various Fastenal managed supply chain platforms (FMI / Solutions). You will assist with planning and developing efficiencies for these supply chain solutions. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Growing and optimizing Fastenal Managed Inventory Platforms (FMI) and Technology Based FMI Platforms (Solutions) o Assisting with mobility adoption at FMI and Solution customers o Recommending restocking program logic to customers o Optimizing inventory and asset performance o Presenting product category additions or removals o Converting product to Fastenal supported brands o Communicating with customers about various software and reporting options o Performing platform audits and monthly review meetings o Assisting with planning optimal delivery schedules and routes for platforms

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed o Possess6 months of Fastenal experience in a branch or onsite based role o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented o Exhibit strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
