Job Description: MEMCO Staffing is now hiring General Laborers in the Rio Grande Valley area, from Brownsville to McAllen, TX. We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with various construction, warehouse, and job site tasks. No prior experience is required, but it is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools as directed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions.
- Support skilled tradesmen as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
