Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the quality control department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hebron, IL 60034 United States
Pay Range: USD 15.00 /hr - USD 19.84 /hr
What's the Job?
Conduct initial inspection of manufactured parts for defects; escalate issues as required.
Record all activities of assigned shift by completing proper forms, such as job activity sheets and break sheets.
Communicate effectively with the shift lead and quality control inspectors.
Replenish raw materials as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Report machine issues to technicians promptly to maintain production efficiency.
What's Needed?
0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
Ability to read and comprehend operating instructions and manufacturing specifications.
Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Corrected eyesight of 20/20 for visual quality inspections.
Basic computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
