Requirements: High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of relevant work experience or completion of a technical welding program Ability to read blueprints Shift Options: Rotating Shift: 6 AM - 2 PM & 2 PM - 10 PM, Monday - Friday Overnight Shift: 10 PM - 6 AM, Sunday - Thursday Pay: $21.00+ per hour (based on experience) Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials, including mild and stainless steel, brass, and aluminum Operate torches, grinders, drill presses, plasma torches, and other shop equipment Assemble and weld frames and sub-assemblies accurately Maintain and care for welding equipment and tools Assist in other production areas as needed Lift up to 50 pounds Occasional domestic and international travel, including weekends, may be required depending on the project Wabtec's Benefits Package: Wabtec offers more than just a paycheck!
