ManpowerGroup Program Manager in Hillsboro, Oregon

Our client, a Global IT client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience leading large-scale programs across engineering teams.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Remote, MUST be in PST

Pay Range: $59-63/hr W2

What’s the Job?

  • Drive strategic engineering programs by defining scope, goals, and success metrics while managing schedules, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to execute projects, align priorities, and facilitate communication while resolving blockers.

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program status. Maintain real-time dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.

  • Manage program budget management processes including forecast and actual spend tracking (OPEX, CAPEX, COGS, Discretionary etc.).

  • Prepare and present program status reports including insights on risks and opportunities.

What’s Needed?

  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale programs across engineering teams.

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • PMP certification and relevant process certifications (Six Sigma, Lean) are preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights
