Unilever Assistant Customer Manager in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

About The Role...

  • Manage key customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve any business-related issues

  • Responsible for delivering and developing company's sales and profit targets

  • Identify business opportunities in major retail chains and work closely with cross-functional team (Marketing, Customer service, Finance and Supply chain)

  • Budget & demand-forecast management

  • Coordinating the materials needed for future business plans and risks

  • Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles

About The Person...

  • A degree holder of any discipline, preferably in business / marketing field

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years FMCG Key Account experiences

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Able to work as a team under stress

  • With strong project management experiences and problem-solving mindset

  • Be result-oriented

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Sales Executive
