Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience with saw operation, machine operation, and the ability to read a tape measure or calipers. This role involves working in a clean and organized machine shop, where you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and finishing plastic stock sheets according to specifications.
Responsibilities
Measure plastic stock sheets and cut them down to specifications.
Operate a table saw to cut materials.
Insert plastic sheets into a Surfacing Machine to apply a specific finish.
Use calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to ensure all parts meet dimensional specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing facility.
Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation.
Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
Ability to operate a table saw.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma (Required)
Good communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with power tools is a plus.

Work Environment
You will be working in a clean manufacturing facility with a mid-sized team of approximately 75 employees. Our facility is 50,000 square feet, and we foster a team-oriented environment. The position is for the 1st shift, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime available on Saturdays when needed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
