Maintenance Technician
needed for a Jackson apartment community. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of
a great team
and community. Must be extremely dependable with strong organizational skills. This position
is responsible for
performing various maintenance duties necessary to
maintain
and repair apartments to meet the quality standards set by the manager and owners. Your position must be able to perform general maintenance duties, light plumbing, painting, and general carpentry work. HVAC knowledge is a plus.
Qualified candidates must have dependable transportation and
be
willing to
be
on-call
.
The property consists of 19 apartments with little turn-over.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday -- Friday
9:00 a.m. -- 2:00 p.m.
On-Call for maintenance emergencies
