ManpowerGroup Digital Merchandising Designer in Jersey City, New Jersey
Our client, a leader in the retail industry, is seeking a Visual Merchandising Designer to join their team. As a Visual Merchandising Designer, you will be part of the Visual Merchandising department supporting a small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Visual Merchandising Designer
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
Pay Range: $46/hour
What's the Job?
Develop designs based on creative briefs that are visually impactful and easy to navigate.
Collaborate with key partners to ensure designs achieve optimal results for product launches.
Manage the full execution of visual merchandising requests, overseeing all project phases.
Create a variety of global launch assets and seasonal program artwork.
Attend meetings and present concepts while reporting on the status of current projects.
What's Needed?
Approximately 5 years of experience in merchandising, visual display, or related areas.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Sketchup.
Experience with visual merchandising design, including tester displays and gondola designs.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
