Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
The Construction Laborer performs general laborer duties at various residential, commercial, industrial, and/or civil job site locations, including organizing materials, clean-up duties, and assisting the carpenters. This position works under the direct supervision of the Foreman.
Responsibilities
Obtain daily work instructions and determine work to be done.
Retrieve supplies and materials for the Carpenters.
Assist with performing concrete work set up and disassembly.
Keep all materials on the project organized.
Assist with prepping and sanding materials for staining/painting.
Maintain and clean all power tools, hand tools, and other equipment.
Keep job site trailers and supplies organized.
Load and unload materials and supplies from trucks/trailers at job sites.
Pack materials to specific areas at the construction site as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous construction experience preferred, with a basic understanding of the construction process.
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable means of transportation to job site locations.
Must provide own basic hand tools.
Must be able to interpret and apply verbal and/or written instructions in English.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.08 - $26.76/hr.
