Citigroup Assistant Manager, Card Usage and Partnership in Kowloon, Hong Kong
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the development and execution of launching card usage programs and managing partnership management to drive cards usage and revenue that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Card Usage Manager in planning, executing and monitoring card usage programs and strategic marketing initiatives, including development of strategic program roadmaps, program development etc.
Contribute to day-to-day card usage programs including program delivery, program launches, program marketing, and program monitor and reviews to ensure gaining maximum benefit from each program.
Explore partnership, conduct pitch and manage day-to-day partner management for the collaboration and ensure strong and long-term partnership relations.
Collect client and collect market intelligence on overall industry verticals and perform competitor market research.
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Marcom, CPO, DM, Compliance, Legal and other business units) to ensure successful programs execution and launch.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of relevant experience
Working knowledge of product management, program management, and marketing
Working knowledge of the business
Ability to collaborate especially with internal/external partners on delivery of client-facing solutions
Ability to apply client mindset to shape solutions and approach
Ability to partner with and influence cross functional team to deliver client needs
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Business acumen with ability to review alternate courses of action and comprehend trade off decisions
