Job Responsibilities
Manage a client portfolio of medium-high complexity.
Complete assigned tasks and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, colleagues, internal customers, and other team members.
Maintain updated corporate client account information, ensuring visibility and communication of processes.
Perform coding activities in the relevant system to provide invoice status visibility.
Adhere to management's collection strategies through account analysis and process follow-up.
Coordinate your email inbox with urgency, prioritization, and excellent customer service.
Reconcile client account statements to identify overdue balances and update clients accordingly.
Analyze and report on credit, debit notes, and unapplied funds to maintain balanced accounts.
Ensure accurate invoice entry in client portals or delivery by email.
Facilitate credit card payments when requested, with approval.
Manage company and client billing systems.
Serve as a key contact for clients, providing account status updates via phone, email, chat, or other means.
Support resolution of client disputes to ensure successful debt recovery.
Investigate client accounts to streamline credit and collection processes.
Support departmental needs, including report generation, process documentation, and audit case sampling.
Identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
Basic Requirements
Professional Technician or university student in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in the field.
Preferable experience in Shared Service Centers.
English level B2.
Intermediate MS Office skills.
Experience with at least one ERP system (Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards, Mainframe).
Additional Requirements
Experience with Cforia and/or Get Paid.
Experience in report analysis and development.
