Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager for a University in South CentralPennsylvania (Susquehanna River Valley). The Operations Manager 3 for this higher education opportunity will oversee resident and retail business on campus, at this account. The best-qualified candidate will possess good team-building, financial acumen, client relationships, and diverse culinary skills. Experience in supervising authentic diverse culinary menus is important.

What You'll Do
Establishes a safe work environment
Assumes the General Manager’s (GM) responsibilities and authority in their absence
Utilizes Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships, to ensure account retention
Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes
Directs daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory, and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met
Develops and implements plans, and projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables, and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
