Description
Working as part of the Information & Technology Services (ITS) Back Office Technology team, the Office 365 Engineer position is responsible for the design, development, and management of a robust, secure, scalable, highly available, and dynamic solutions to drive business objectives. This individual will play a critical contributing role in the development and execution of the transition to a Cloud and SaaS adoption first approach within Tower. The role will depend heavily on partnership within Tower and peer teams to ensure that all business, technical, and security requirements are achieved. The role will work closely with the AVP of Back Office Technology and IT Architecture to develop and execute a holistic cloud adoption strategy/strategies for Tower as we transition to the cloud.
Our customer is seeking a technically versed, hands-on engineer with a strong customer focus – demonstrating the spirit that technology is useful only to the degree that it properly serves the humans that use it. The individual should have a proven track record of both the buildout of an initial cloud presence and the successful transition of services from on premises deployments to the cloud.
Conversion Salary: $125,000-$135,000

Deliver subject matter expertise of Office 365 with emphasis in security, design, migration, governance and support
Responsible for delivery of security services of Office 365 to include Azure AD, Information Protection, Information Rights Management, SSO, MFA, and other security related services.
Drive the adoption of and usage of Office 365 through training, documentation, establishing communities of practice.
Contribute to the design and execution of a cloud adoption strategy/strategies in partnership with IT Architecture that aligns with Tower objectives and practices
Contribute to the development of thorough and robust governance practice that compliments the cloud adoption strategy and creates a consistent mode of implementation
Design, coordinate, and execute cloud solution architectures that meet business needs and align with Tower’s cloud adoption strategies
Analyze and optimize technical and business processes related to cloud solutions
Works with the AVP of Back Office Technologies and IT Architects to evaluate and continuously update cloud adoption strategies and architectures
Expertly document and communicate strategies, decisions, and architectures
Provides documentation to other ITS, Information Security, and business personnel

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
