About the Role:

Manage and oversee high and low voltage electrical projects. responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising projects to ensure they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, this role includes managing equipment with a focus on preventive maintenance for high voltage and TGBT equipment.

How you will contribute:

  • Project Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee high and low voltage electrical projects.

  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure project success.

  • Design installations to meet site requirements in terms of evolution, service continuity, and reliability.

  • Preventive Maintenance:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for high voltage and TGBT equipment during scheduled shutdowns.

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

  • Ensure equipment compliance with safety and performance standards.

  • Equipment Management:

  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of high voltage (15kV and 70kV) and TGBT equipment.

  • Keep technical documentation and maintenance reports up-to-date.

  • Operational Team Training:

  • Design and deliver technical training for operational teams.

  • Enhance the skills of teams on high voltage and TGBT equipment.

  • Regularly update training content based on technological advancements and feedback.

What you bring to Takeda:

  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in high or low voltage projects

  • Experience in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or regulated environments

  • Certified as BA4/BA5 for electrical work

  • Possession of a drone license.

  • Significant experience in electrical project management and preventive maintenance.

  • In-depth knowledge of high voltage and TGBT equipment.

  • Project management and technical problem-solving skills.

  • BA4/BA5 high voltage certification.

  • Extensive experience in power automation systems.

  • Experience with flywheels and static UPS systems.

  • Experience with emergency generators and no-break systems.

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

  • Proactivity and a strong focus on safety.

  • Knowledge and certifications required for high and low voltage installations

Important Considerations:

  • Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet and body. This may include additional hearing protection for loud areas.• Need to remove all make-up, jewelry, contact lenses, nail polish and/or artificial fingernails while in the manufacturing environment.• Work in a cold, wet environment.• Work multiple shifts, including weekends, or be asked to work supplemental hours, as necessary.• Work around chemicals such as alcohol, acids, buffers and Celite that may require respiratory protection.Must be able to work in a technical environment requiring special protective equipment.
