What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with new and existing claims, ensuring they have a smooth and stress-free experience.

  • Promote our client's preferred provider programs and services, making sure our customers get the best options available.

  • Provide top-notch telephone coverage, adhering to our call strength audit guidelines.

  • Continuously increase your product knowledge using our KM and SCO Intranet resources.

  • Meet performance and dependability expectations set by management.

  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement and teamwork.

  • Take on additional duties as needed, showing your flexibility and dedication.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer service, customer support, and call center experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

  • Ability to secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses.

  • Willingness to cover evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.

  • Commitment to ongoing job-related training through ATLAS or other resources.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43105.65 - $43105.65/yr.

Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurancePaid Vacation – you will receive at least 13 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role.
