What You'll Do:
Assist customers with new and existing claims, ensuring they have a smooth and stress-free experience.
Promote our client's preferred provider programs and services, making sure our customers get the best options available.
Provide top-notch telephone coverage, adhering to our call strength audit guidelines.
Continuously increase your product knowledge using our KM and SCO Intranet resources.
Meet performance and dependability expectations set by management.
Contribute to a positive and respectful environment that fuels engagement and teamwork.
Take on additional duties as needed, showing your flexibility and dedication.
What We're Looking For:
Customer service, customer support, and call center experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.
Ability to secure and maintain state and non-resident licenses.
Willingness to cover evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed.
Commitment to ongoing job-related training through ATLAS or other resources.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43105.65 - $43105.65/yr.
Medical, dental, vision coverage, short- and long-term disability, and life insurancePaid Vacation – you will receive at least 13 vacation days in the first 12 months, amounts could be greater depending on the role.
