Ohio State Job Bank Part-Time Unarmed Security Officer in Lima, Ohio
Job Description:
* *Martin Investigations & Security Services, Inc. has immediate openings for part time unarmed security officers in the Lima and New Knoxville, OH areas. The selected individuals will patrol and secure premises in a provided security vehicle.
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor Premises to prevent theft, damage or unauthorized entry
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows and gates to ensure proper functions and security
- Warn premise violators of premise rules and regulations
- Report persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
Qualifications:
* *Must be able to pass criminal background screening
- Previous experience in the security industry a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with equipment
- CPR, First Aid certification helpful but not mandatory
Pay Rate: $12 - $14 per hour, based on experience.
