Our Opportunity! Our team is growing and seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence. The Sales Coordinator role will be responsible for leading the Sales Administrative support team in their daily operationsproviding administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure seamless execution. This role requires strong people leadership capabilities to manage the success of multiple direct reports, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will have a background in administrative and financial support, including reporting, control and compliance, and data accountability, utilizing operational software. Proven experience as a people leader and strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving for success in this role.
This role is based out of Atlanta, but will require the ability to travel occasionally to these additional locations for oversight: Rome, Ellijay and Dublin GA.
Responsibilities * Provides comprehensive skilled administrative support to the Senior Market Director, Area Sales Manager, and leadership team within the Georgia market * Lead specific administrative process and control areas including Settlement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Sales, Delivery and Customer Support * Supervise and manage the overall success of the Administrative Support team in the following locations- Atlanta, Rome, Ellijay and Dublin * Research, resolve, and communicate customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management * Staffing Site Captain and conduct new hire onboarding/orientation * Conduct periodic audits/trend reviews which may include running, analyzing, and distribution of reporting * Serve in a back-up capacity for direct reports, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks * Lead planning and execution support for company events such as team meetings/planning, employee recognition opportunities, and charitable drives or community outreach * Manage team archive organization and document retention accountability * Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned
Compensation and Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800. * Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications * 3-5 years related experience * High School Diploma or GED * Experience in prioritizing w rk and multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and proactive * Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers * Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills * Flexibility with schedule to meet critical deadlines as needed * Aptitude to work with minimal supervision - set goals, create, and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals * Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint * Experience with SAP is a plus * Must be a strong team player and assist other department staff when needed
