Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Operations Engineer to enhance our engineering software's capabilities by deploying, maintaining, and scaling AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of MLOps practices and principles, enabling efficient integration and operation of AI technologies within our software environment. This role requires collaboration with software development teams to seamlessly integrate AI/ML solutions, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy AI/ML models into production, ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance within our engineering software framework.
Maintain and monitor AI/ML solutions, identifying and addressing operational challenges to ensure uninterrupted service.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate AI/ML solutions effectively, ensuring optimal performance and compatibility.
Implement MLOps practices to streamline the deployment, maintenance, and scaling processes of AI/ML solutions.
Continuously evaluate and improve AI/ML operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for deploying and managing AI/ML solutions.
Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with a specialization in AI/ML, or equivalent experience.
Strong background in deploying and managing AI/ML models in a production environment, with a thorough understanding of MLOps principles.
Experience with cloud computing services, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficient in programming languages and tools used in AI/ML development and deployment, such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with software development teams and other stakeholders.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and reliability in AI/ML operations.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
