Sierra Nevada Company, LLC Small Business Compliance Manager in Lone Tree, Colorado

As a Small Business Compliance Manager, you'll identify and develop programs to increase utilization of diverse business, including Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, Historically Black Colleges/University and Minority Institutions, and more. Your role advocates for Small Businesses, and Small Diverse Businesses that are current or potential suppliers, as well ensures adherence to all internal and external government requirements. Additionally, you'll participate and monitor internal procedures to ensure that maximum practicable opportunity is given to all Small Businesses and Small Diverse Businesses.
Our team is responsible for government affairs, international strategy, international business, and trade and regulatory compliance. We provide strategic guidance across the organization, helping to find alignment and compliance between SNC and the national security priorities of the U.S. government.
Responsibilities
Development and execute Small Business Subcontracting Programs
Identify new and potential Small Business firms to support potential and ongoing SNC Programs
Develop and Manage Mentor Protégé Agreements
Manage SNC's Supplier Data Base Registrations
Submit ISRs and SSRs in eSRS
Conduct outreach events for Small Businesses
Develop new compliance programs for Small Business utilization
Work with program teams to monitor Small Business Subcontracting efforts
Train SNC personnel on Small Business utilization
Attend industry Small Business events
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
Typically, 8+ years of progressive supply chain experience, which includes 4+ years of management experience.
Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as it applies to Supplier Diversity and procurement processes
Experience managing small business plans as they relate to the FAR
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer:
CPSD (Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity) from the Institute of Supply Management
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
Background with Adobe Acrobat

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
