Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses have had a positive response from the public, and we are growing the team as we look to accelerate growth – and plan for an expanded portfolio of products in the future. With loads of new software capabilities each month, Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses just keep getting better. As our customer base grows, we need a PMM to join our team to build the lifecycle strategy from the ground up.We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Post-Purchase team. You will build lifecycle marketing strategies for Wearables focused on education, feature discovery, retention, and engagement. You’ll partner closely with marketing and product to understand the key moments in the customer journey, and deliver valuable and effective communications across a mix of channels including email, push, Meta View app, Ray-Ban Meta audio cues, and other Meta channels. In partnership with our Data Science team, you’ll identify key behavioral signals and accompanying customer experiences that increase retention and engagement. In this role, you’ll join a team of In-Market Wearables PMMs, working in service of accelerating the next phase of growth for Meta Wearables world wide.

Product Marketing Manager - Wearables, Lifecycle Responsibilities:
Develop lifecycle program for wearables from the ground up including building acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement programs.
Partner closely with Data Science and Marketing teams to identify key moments across the customer journey that educate, delight, and engage our customers.
Partner with Product Marketing peers to support on-going discovery, education, and engagement with experiences as they continuously improve.
Partner with growth functions across Product, Marketing and PMM to turn customers into advocates with their friends and family.
Deliver cross-channel, customer-centric programs focused on retention and engagement.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of professional experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
Experience leading projects that are highly cross-functional and require both quantitative and qualitative thinking.
Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights to inform strategy.
Experience working with cross functional, matrixed teams with high degrees of ambiguity.
Effective communication skills and experience creating documents and presentations.
Experience with global products, consumer tech, or Consumer Packaged Goods brands that continuously evolve and need on-going customer education and lifecycle management.
Bachelors degree.

Product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM experience with a track record of driving business growth.
Experience managing across a portfolio of products from leading initiatives that work across a multi-product portfolio and on any one product.
Experience driving initiatives that have not been done before – setting goals, communicating a vision, bringing stakeholders along, facilitating cross-functional alignment, through execution, measurement and performance assessment.
7+ years of professional experience in product marketing and/or technology.
MS/MBA degree or equivalent experience.
Public Compensation:
$128,000/year to $186,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
