PMY CONSTRUCTION CORP Cost Estimator in LYNDHURST, New Jersey
Collect historical cost data to estimate costs for the current project. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Prepare cost and expenditure statements while tracking actual costs relative to bids throughout the duration of the project. Coordinate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Management or related field plus 6 months of experience as a Project Engineer, Cost Estimator or related occupation.
