JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview: Shift Leaders play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, coaching team members, and delivering excellent guest service. They set goals, assign tasks, and provide real-time feedback to maintain Dunkin\' brand standards. Responsibilities Include: \ Perform all duties of a Restaurant Team Member \ Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals \ Ensure brand standards, food preparation, and service quality are met \ Communicate shift priorities, goals, and results to the team \ Create and execute shift deployment plans for efficient workflow \ Coach and provide constructive and clear feedback to team members \ Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. \ Support the training of restaurant team members as needed \ Oversee franchisee safety, security, and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift \ Ensure a smooth transition by briefing the next Shift Leader \ Uphold food safety and inventory management standard \ Deliver outstanding guest service and coach team members to do the same \ Handle customer concerns, conflicts, and emergencies with professionalism \ Manage cash over/short during shift and ensure restaurant team members are following cash franchisee management policies \ Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies. Qualifications: \ Basic computer skills \ Fluent in spoken and written English \ Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
