Role Overview
Sodexo Schoolsis seeking anExecutive Cheffor a potential child nutrition partnership withpublic schools in Marshall, TX. Contingent offers will be made.

What You'll Do
- be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting;
- ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
- have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
- ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance; and/or
- have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems.

What You Bring
- 3+ years experience of food and beverage front of house operations
- Prior school food service experience
- Experience with restaurant/cafeteria budgeting/food costs
- Food safety standards experience
- Food handler's card and valid driver's license
- Basic computer skills required including Microsoft Suite

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
