Available Shifts:
An off shift (Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 2:30 AM)
Weekend AM shift (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday . 6:30a-6:30p ).
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and guiding employees to safely produce customer products at the highest quality standards, ensuring alignment with customer expectations, company policies, and procedures. Key areas of responsibility include production efficiency, waste reduction, employee management, safety compliance, and addressing quality concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster and promote a safe working environment across all facility operations during the assigned shift.
Uphold all quality standards, procedures, and programs related to shift activities.
Maximize productivity, efficiency, and minimize downtime.
Organize staffing levels appropriately to maintain safety, quality, and production goals without compromise.
Accurately manage and report timekeeping, production output, scrap/yield data, and other required documentation.
Communicate effectively with team members, peers, senior leadership, and other departments or plant locations.
Encourage collaboration and teamwork across departments and plants to achieve shared project objectives.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and promote a culture of strong work ethics.
Motivate and lead by example, acting as a positive role model for all team members.
Mentor, coach, and develop team members to prepare them for increased responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
Provide hands-on support by assisting with job duties as needed to ensure safe and efficient shift operations.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in supervision, operations management, or related field preferred.
2-4 years of experience supervising production employees in a manufacturing environment.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proven project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), with experience in Google Suite and Microsoft Outlook.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
