Your role at Clorox:

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the VP/GM LATAM. Acting as the right-hand person to the executive, ensuring smooth operations and enabling the executive to focus on strategic tasks.

Acting as Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate administrative tasks, manage office supplies, and support staff to maintain a productive work environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Administrative Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with maintenance services as needed.

  • Communication: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls and emails. Acting as a liaison between management/VP/GM LATAM and his team especially the LATAM Leadership Team.

  • Corporate office: Liaison between the VP/GM and Sr. VP’s and Executive Committee members and assistant.

  • Budget Management: Create and manage the office budget, ensuring all expenses are tracked and within limits.

  • Policy Implementation: Implement office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Support Services: Provide general support to visitors and assist in onboarding new hires.

  • Communication: Prioritize emails and phone calls, draft memos, and prepare communications on behalf of the executive.

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings, agenda, logistics, send reminders, and arrange catering when necessary.

  • Document Management: Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, organize documents, and handle confidential information.

  • Task Management: Assist with project management tasks, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Financial Duties: Perform minor accounting duties, such as processing expense reports and handling invoices for the Miami office.

  • Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is often preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Experience: 10 years previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role is typically required.

Workplace type:

Days in the office - 4 days a week.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience, and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $62,500 - $111,300

–Zone B: $57,300 - $102,000

–Zone C: $52,100 - $92,700

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
