About the Role: As a Technical Product Manager, you will take full ownership of our product line portfolio, from ideation to optimization. You will work cross-functionally with customers, sales, operations, and customer experience teams to ensure our products meet evolving market demands while achieving revenue and satisfaction goals. With a strong technical background and packaging experience, you will play a vital role in influencing company strategy and delivering innovative, efficient, and competitive solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with customers, sales, and internal teams to understand needs and develop tailored solutions. - Provide technical expertise on product materials, quality, production processes, and final packaging. - Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, methods, and materials to enhance production efficiency and product performance. - Conduct cost-benefit analyses to guide decision-making and optimize profitability. - Organize and oversee production trials, ensuring smooth transitions for new or updated products. - Develop and maintain material specifications and support operations in developing new test methods. - Partner with raw material suppliers and internal teams to resolve material issues and ensure compliance with regulations and certifications. - Stay ahead of market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - 7+ years of product engineering experience in the consumer goods or packaging industry. - Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). - Knowledge of materials testing is a plus. - Valid driver's license required.
