NJ Employer Farm Worker in Milford, New Jersey

Anticipated period of employment: 04/10/2025 to 11/30/2025.

1 month experience required pruning, training, and harvesting small fruit, tree fruit, and vegetables. 2 hour training in Food Safety, 2 hour training in Pesticide Safety, 4 hour training in Forklift

Monday-Sunday. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a workers Sabbath or federal holidays. Workers will have an unpaid lunch break. Workers must report to work at designated time and place each day. Weekend work required. Start/End times will vary. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions and other factors. Approximate hours: Sun-Wed: 7AM-4PM, Thurs: 7AM-5PM, Friday: 7AM-6PM,Sat: 7AM-5PM. Random drug testing during employment. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Exposure to insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides, as well as allergens such as ragweed, goldenrod, and bees. See ETA 790 for a complete job description.
