NJ Employer Farm Worker in Milford, New Jersey
Anticipated period of employment: 04/10/2025 to 11/30/2025.
1 month experience required pruning, training, and harvesting small fruit, tree fruit, and vegetables. 2 hour training in Food Safety, 2 hour training in Pesticide Safety, 4 hour training in Forklift
Monday-Sunday. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a workers Sabbath or federal holidays. Workers will have an unpaid lunch break. Workers must report to work at designated time and place each day. Weekend work required. Start/End times will vary. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions and other factors. Approximate hours: Sun-Wed: 7AM-4PM, Thurs: 7AM-5PM, Friday: 7AM-6PM,Sat: 7AM-5PM. Random drug testing during employment. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employees citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company.
