Description We are in search of an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in the legal industry. The position is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202, United States. The role entails dealing with diverse litigation cases and providing expert legal counsel.
Responsibilities:
• Handle complex commercial litigation cases effectively and efficiently
• Appear in court and represent clients in civil litigation cases
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on business litigation matters
• Support the team in environmental law litigation cases
• Work on nationwide securities litigation cases
• Leverage remote work systems to handle litigation cases effectively
• Collaborate with other attorneys in the practice to handle portable cases
• Contribute to the growth of the firm through expert legal counsel
• Use your expertise in litigation to bring in new business for the firm
• Work in partnership with other attorneys in the practice to provide the best representation possible for clients. Requirements • Must possess expertise in Civil Litigation.
• Requires experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Should have a solid background in Commercial Litigation.
• Requires proficiency in handling Complex Commercial Litigation.
• Must have a record of successful Court Appearances.
