Job Summary Under the direction of a Custodial Services Supervisor, this position facilitates work performed by a staff of custodians. The Custodian Lead will implement work plans, check work performed, and assist with training and instruction on proper cleaning methods and safe operation of all equipment. Hours for this position are 2:30PM 11:00PM Monday Friday, which may change in accordance with operational need. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess the following: Customer service experience Experience using and maintaining custodial cleaning tools: carpet cleaners, auto scrubbers, all types of rotary scrubbers, washing machines Ability to move furniture Ability to stand/walk 8 hours per day Lift 10 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds unassisted Custodial supervision or leadership experience in an office or school setting Availability to work weekend shifts on an as-needed basis Preferred Qualifications One or more years leadership or supervision in a high traffic facility Application Instructions Interested applicants are required to apply online and provide: Resume Cover letter addressing your education/experience as they apply to all minimum and preferred qualifications In instances where the Search and Screen Committee is unable to ascertain from a candidate\'s application materials whether they meet any of the qualifications, they will be evaluated as not meeting such qualifications.
