North Prairie Regional Water District General Manager in MINOT, North Dakota
North Prairie Regional Water District in Minot, ND is seeking to fill a full-time General Manager position.
The General Manager:
- Work with the Board of Directors, customers, auditors, engineers, contractors, attorneys and ND agencies to manage the affairs of the district.
- Oversee and analyze financial reports needed to keep the Board of Directors informed of the districts financial position.
- Direct the preparation of the district budget and participate in long range planning strategies.
- Act in a Public Relations capacity to foster good relationships with customers, other water districts and local organizations.
- Oversee the Office Manager and Operations Personnel, including selecting, training, supervising and evaluating employee performance.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in a business-related field is desired.
- May substitute relevant work experience for education requirement
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
