course, on-the-job training and direct or indirect service learning. We are looking
for
someone who is
interested in opportunities to learn through working on a task, gaining experience in communication, education, or outreach with us. Responsibilities
and
tasks vary and
are
available to
fit
your career goal,
and
other needs. This position is open for Work-based Learning and On-job Training programs at the Alabama Career Centers.
Primary Tasks
(but
not
limited
to):
Publicize the stories of A-KEEP programs, progresses, successes, and continuous growth through local TV, Radio, public and private entities, and the A-KEEP eNewsletter
Develop AKEEP content/messages to improve and manage all relevant social medium such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Blogs, and more
Build a timeline to implement proactive campaigns and reports on all the programs.
Collect feedback and surveys from all activities of events, community relations, and fundraising activities for reporting to grantors and constant improvements
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings

Organizes and maintains file system and other records.
Creates and maintains database and spreadsheet files.

Requirements:
Gain

Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent
written
and
oral
communication
skills.
Prepares documents utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite [esp. TEAMs], and/or related multimedia creative software.
