Personal Care Assistant: Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure client safety and comfort, Remind clients to take medications as prescribed and assist with medication management, Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary restrictions, Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living spaces, Provide companionship and emotional support to clients through engaging conversation, activities, and outings, Monitor and report changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising healthcare professional, Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client care activities, Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control practices, Collaborate with healthcare team members, family members, and other caregivers to ensure coordinated care for clients.
In-Home Aide:Maintain the home in an optimum state of cleanliness and safety, Provide light housekeeping tasks, including such duties as preparation of meals, laundry, shopping, Provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and eating, Provide clients with assistance with self-administration of medications, May assist with monitoring of blood pressure, blood sugar, weight, temperature, pulse, and respirations (if within the scope of practice and delegated by an RN), Report to the Service Supervisor any change in condition, incidents or problems related to the client, immediately, Report any unusual incidents or changes in the clients behavior to the Service Supervisor, Document accurately and maintain service records, Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Supervisor.
