Item Pickups and Assistance: If a customer needs help retrieving an item, offer assistance promptly. Use carts, dollies, or team support for heavier items. Loading Items into Vehicles: Always ask the customer if they would like help loading their items. Be mindful of proper lifting techniques and work in pairs for large or heavy items. Moving and Cleaning Items: Keep the pickup area organized by regularly moving items to designated spots and cleaning up any debris or leftover packaging. Customer Courtesy: Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. If a customer has any special requests, do your best to accommodate them or seek assistance if needed.
