Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This role involves supporting the Rental Division by folding, inspecting, and preparing garments and linen products. Candidates must be flexible to rotate between shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Manually or through the use of an industrial garment folding machine, fold customer products.
Count folded products and prepare bundles for delivery to customers.
Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
Place customer garments on hangers safely and accurately.
Visually inspect garments for defects and perform necessary repairs such as patching holes or tears.
Operate the heat press for uniforms.
Essential Skills
General labor experience.
Experience in inspection, production, and packaging.
Ability to operate machinery.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requires standing for most of the shift.
Ability to perform repetitive motions, including stretching, bending, turning, and reaching.
May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen products.
Must adhere to the attendance policy.
Willingness to work in close proximity to others for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse setting that can be drafty at times and warm at others. The facility is air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter to ensure a comfortable working environment.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.25/hr.
