Google Product Marketing Manager, Global CRM, Google One in Mountain View, California
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
3 years of experience implementing strategy and campaigns for CRM marketing.
Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in branding, messaging, marketing plan development and product launches.
Experience and understanding of email best practices, CAN-SPAM law, GDPR, and multivariate testing.
Experience managing creative agencies in the design and development of digital campaigns across multiple geographies.
Understanding of various acquisition channels including in app, email, web, social.
Ability to be comfortable presenting ideas and work with leadership, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

The Google One Marketing team is responsible for all marketing for Google One globally, driving a significant portion of the overall subscriber and business growth. We manage all aspects of subscription marketing including feature launches through global campaigns, multi-channel growth initiatives, partnerships co-marketing, and more. Google One is at the forefront of cross-Google subscriptions and AI, and we’re growing the team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$163,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Own, define and execute the global strategy and campaigns for customer relationship management (CRM) marketing including goals, data insights, content strategy, and creative development to drive measurable business growth and product engagement.
Own relationship with Marketing, Product and Engineering stakeholders to align on goals, priorities, content strategies, new opportunities identification, target audience segmentation, and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs).
Create and drive program-related requirement documents, identify technical data requirements and use cases to support customer strategies and program goals.
Supervise and collaborate with Campaign Managers to brief, develop and produce campaigns successfully.
Optimize and manage email creative and production processes across multiple vendors, from creative briefing, email production, QA testing, launch and campaign analysis.
