The Shift Network Digital Senior Product Manager, Web and Commerce in Mt. Shasta, California

Responsibilities:
Lead the selection and implementation of an eCommerce system, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities
Define and execute the roadmap for website upgrades, customer experience improvements, and marketing funnel optimizations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, customer experience, development and design to ensure seamless execution of product initiatives
Facilitate communication between business owners and the development team to align priorities and expectations
Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution design, and user story writing to development, testing, and post-launch analysis
Conduct competitive research and customer analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and business growth
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to continuously improve the digital experience and drive business results
Provide mentorship to a junior Project Manager, helping them develop their skills and ensuring smooth project execution
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring that our digital products serve both business objectives and user needs effectively

Qualifications and Characteristics Desired:
5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on eCommerce, eLearning and website optimization
Proven experience selecting and implementing an eCommerce platform (Big Commerce experience is preferred)
Strong understanding of user experience (UX), website architecture, and conversion rate optimization
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience leading website redesigns, including working with developers and designers to enhance usability and performance
Knowledge of digital marketing funnels and customer journey optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work effectively in an iterative development environment
Experience using Slack, Zoom, Asana and preference for using Confluence and Airtable
Passion for transformational learning and familiarity with The Shift Network’s programs and offerings
Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely with a small, dedicated team
