Aston Carter Sr. Credit And Collections Specialist in New Berlin, Wisconsin
Job Title: Credit and Collections SpecialistResponsibilities
Monitor the firm’s accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts.
Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or negotiate a payment plan to collect it in installments.
Use credit bureau data, post office information, internet searches and other tools to try to locate customers who have moved or changed phone numbers.
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers as well as records of any payments collected from the customer.
Resolve customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience
Manufacturing industry experience
ERP experience (preferred)
High volume credit/collections experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Excel skills
Work Environment
This is an onsite role with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm in a cubical setting. The work environment fosters a great culture with opportunities to engage in activities outside of work and offers competitive benefits.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr.
