Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in New York, New York. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be a part of our team, contributing to the support of our end users within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities
• Provide top-tier customer service and support through various channels such as chat, phone, email, or remote access tools.
• Handle ticket management efficiently, acknowledging all issues and requests accurately.
• Assure smooth onboarding for new employees by providing structured IT guidance and setting up their desks, mobile devices, and VPN access.
• Provide on-site support for employees, special guests, and staff visiting the office.
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions in addition to handling complex issues raised by our employees.
• Collaborate with the team to promote the best IT security practices in line with our policies and guidelines.
• Proactively check meeting rooms to ensure IT technology is always ready for use.
• Share knowledge with colleagues across the company and actively contribute to team and department meetings.
• Assist in setting up AV equipment for internal and external events and meetings, including video-conferencing and live streaming technologies.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues for local and remote networks.
• Support the office management team with IT setup for desk relocations and event spaces when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar
• Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining computer hardware
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience in supporting Apple devices
• Proficient in Windows 11 and Windows 10 operating systems
• Familiarity with O 365 suite
• Experience with Azure and Windows Azure platforms
• Knowledge of Windows Intune and Intune for device management
• Experience with OneDrive for file hosting and synchronization
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform for IT service management
• Experience with SCCM for system deployment and patch management
• Knowledge of Audio Visual technology and its support
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
