The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

This role can be based in San Francisco, Mountain View, Chicago or New York.

The LinkedIn Sales Solutions marketing team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and collaborative professional to lead high-touch, high-value programming for priority accounts. In this role, you will develop and execute the marketing strategy to drive growth and increase retention in these accounts, in close partnership with Sales and other functions. This will include creating opportunities to strengthen the relationships that our client-facing teams have with senior decision makers on the buying committee, and developing and executing custom campaigns that give them confidence to go all-in with our solution.

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen along with excellent collaboration, communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills. They should be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and energized by both building net new impactful marketing programs and optimizing existing programs to drive outcomes. Strong partnership with cross-functional partners to execute strategy in line with both marketing and field objectives is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase growth and retention within priority accounts.

  • Create custom content and campaigns to deliver relevant messages to these accounts, helping customers understand the organizational value of Sales Navigator and the impact of their investment.

  • Traffic assets for web and email campaigns and employ industry best practices to increase content & campaign effectiveness.

  • Evaluate existing program opportunities, expanding, optimizing, or decommissioning as necessary to maximize impact of resources.

  • Help the Sales team unlock, build, and nurture relationships with decision makers at priority accounts, including orchestrating in-person and virtual events

  • Increase advocacy for Sales Navigator, including developing and evangelizing customer stories and testimonials

  • Partner closely with Sales stakeholders and other x-functional leaders to drive the business strategy, ensure teams are up-to-date and engaged with marketing activities, and share results

  • Partner closely with Regional Field Marketing, Product & Solutions Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Insights, Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, and more to develop content, bring programs to life, identify partnership opportunities, and share best practices and learnings

  • Maintain detailed performance metrics to track progress and drive decisions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience

  • 5+ years of target account marketing or account based marketing experience

  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B marketing with a focus in Field Marketing, ABM and/or product marketing. SaaS experience preferred.

  • Strong narrative and content development skills, including the ability to tailor and personalize narratives to be relevant for various audiences

  • Highly motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit; able to navigate ambiguity and drive projects from idea through execution, build strong internal relationships, prioritize resources based on business impact, and build consensus and alignment on critical initiatives

  • Ability to engage with and drive cross-functional teams to align around and achieve shared objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others – on any given day you will engage with other Marketing teams, Sales, agencies, customers, etc.

  • Adept at quantitatively measuring and communicating campaign effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunities

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $121,000- $188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
