Position Summary: The Senior Manager of Product Marketing leads efforts in enhancing the company’s product portfolio and consumer messaging. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including R&D, supply chain, and marketing, to drive new product development and deliver impactful, insights-based campaigns. The Sr. Manager of Product Marketing serves as the voice of the consumer, bridging marketing and product teams to fuel business growth and innovation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and brand messaging based on consumer insights for Leaf Home’s growing portfolio of home improvement services.
Establish an understanding of existing product verticals and offerings to develop a cross-functional understanding of key benefits and communicate them to the broader organization.
Analyze the competitive landscape and market positioning of key competitors, providing insights for effective go-to-market strategies and product innovation opportunities.
Partner directly with consumer insights, creative, and integrated marketing teams to ensure consumer-based messaging is cascaded throughout marketing channels, meeting the right customers where and when they’re searching for solutions.
Support SEO, influencer, and affiliate partnerships by ensuring accurate and compelling product representation.
Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain teams on new product development and support the roll-out of the stage-gate process for innovation and potential new verticals.
Plan and manage cross-functional launch of net-new products and verticals, and when applicable, new marketing campaigns for existing products.
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
7+ years of experience in consumer product marketing, brand management, or consulting.
Skilled at translating consumer insights into product opportunities, both in terms of major and minor product innovation or communication strategies.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and people leadership abilities, with a track record of success.
Proven ability to execute data-driven decision-making, distilling information from multiple sources and creating a clear and concise narrative that drives alignment across the organization.
A general understanding of P&Ls and the ability to forecast the impact of business decisions.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity with a sense of curiosity and resourcefulness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
MBA.
Knowledge or experience within the home-services industry.

Travel Requirements:
- Less than 10% domestic travel required.
Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:
- Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
