We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Technical Program Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Horizontal Technical Program Managers who serve as the primary points of contact for the entire Technology organization that our studio partners interface with, in day-to-day activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Delivery Managers, Development teams, and stakeholders to drive problem solving and resolution of blockers, dependencies, and act as enablers for our studio partners.
We deliver innovative solutions to our studios and support all of their technology needs to ensure they can focus on building incredible games. The Technical Project Coordinator will need to apply their experience and skills across a variety of roles including agile project and program management, change management, process documentation and improvement, tracking schedules, action items, risks and most importantly, forging strong relationships across the business. We facilitate and ensure delivery of all aspects of Technology from IT support to Feature development.
They need the interpersonal and organizational skills to navigate our complex and fast-paced environment. Perhaps most importantly, they need to have an absolute passion for getting things done.

Skills and Requirements
What You Will Do:
Assist with the tracking & reporting of progress, issues, and resolutions of studio requests.
Create, update, and maintain various dashboards to enable visibility and accountability for studio requests.
Follow-up on requests to unblock and drive resolution.
Partner with Horizontal Technical Program Managers to build relationships with cross functional teams in support of studios.
Mitigate risks and issues with a clear understanding of how and when to escalate risks and issues.
Proactively identify, track and resolve blocking issues/impediments and action items.
Coordinate cross-project dependency, milestone, & release management activities with other Delivery Managers.
Facilitate triage of incoming customer tickets through ServiceNow.
Drive Program level performance reporting, visibility and transparency for both internal and external stakeholders.
Recommend and/or implement moderate process improvements for increased productivity.
Ensure all communications and documentation shared with the Studios are up to date.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Information technology or a related field.
4+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a technical environment
Strong organization & time-management skills
Understanding of Agile Software Development (SAFe, Scrum, Lean, Kanban)
Strong technical background with a deep understanding of backend technologies
Proficient with Project tracking/ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow)
Problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Experience with Technical Documentation
Process Analysis
SAFCSM/PMP Certifications preferred
Demonstrated ability to interact, influence and align with all levels of an organization; and drive initiatives
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Previous work experience within the gaming industry is desirable but not required null
