YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organise work for execution considering complexity, size, urgency, skill set, and available resources

  • Coordinate the engagement and direction of subcontractors, manage administration including schedules, access, procedures, certification, permits, RAMS etc.

  • Work closely with the technicians to ensure materials, permits, subcontractors, tools, and other necessary resources are in place to deliver the task in the optimal manner

  • Develop, maintain and distribute workflow processes to the entire account team documenting how work is planned, scheduled and executed

  • Mange and update systems including CMMS and Finance as required

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience in working with recognised planning and finance systems

  • Well-developed communication skills (verbal and written) enabling you to work with senior managers, clients, suppliers, and staff at all levels

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. Excel skills including basic functions

  • Able to work systematically and use own initiative with ability to work on more than one task at any given time

  • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team

  • Must be flexible to work outside core office hours from time to time and to travel to other work locations
