Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Partner Success Manager to support our Partnership Team in identifying, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working cross-functionally, and excels at ensuring accountability, follow-through, and execution.

As the Partner Success Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our partnership initiatives-scheduling and facilitating meetings, tracking key action items, coordinating stakeholder communications, and ensuring seamless execution of partnership engagements. You will serve as a critical connector between teams, ensuring alignment and momentum in our go-to-market efforts across co-sell, re-sell, and sell-through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting & Communication Management: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, ensuring discussions are productive and next steps are clear.
  • Action Item Accountability: Meticulously track and follow up on all action items to ensure commitments are met. You will be the person making sure "nothing falls through the cracks."
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with internal stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, and operations-keeping teams aligned and accountable to partnership goals.
  • Program & Project Management: Drive structured processes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring our partnerships progress efficiently and effectively.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners, building relationships that foster smooth execution of joint initiatives.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, deal progress, and performance metrics in CRM and project management tools.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to streamline partnership operations and enhance efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in business operations, customer success or a similar role in a sales, partnerships, or business development environment.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with property data, geospatial intelligence, or data-as-a-service products is a plus.
