What You’ll Be Doing:

The Video Operations Specialist is an integral part of driving best-in-class customer support through flawless daily execution and project oversight of our fast-growing video solutions. You’ll need to be capable of multitasking while applying solid business acumen, strong organization and problem-solving skills, and confidence in making decisions in a fast-paced global environment. You also have a results-oriented mindset and an obsession with serving customer needs through collaboration and follow-through.

  • Project coordination of all video production, delivery, and reporting activities across SupplyFrame and its partners globally. Accountable for overseeing and executing daily activity including, but not limited to, weekly huddles, customer content sourcing requirements, scheduling calendar for the video production team, and supporting video teams and vendors.

  • Executes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for video solutions and seeks opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.

  • Acts as point person for cross-functional teams and collaborates effectively with sales, customer success, creative, etc.; fosters positive internal relationships and ensures clarity of understanding deliverables and client needs.

  • Owns video metrics reporting, identifies opportunities for improved metric performance, and ensures optimal execution while accountable for delivering customer satisfaction.

  • Oversees the implementation, execution, and optimization of video campaigns and promotional advertising across multiple channels, i.e., Facebook, YouTube, etc.

  • Interfaces with the customer success team, sales, and marketing to ensure programs are executed on time and resolve any customer-related issues that arise.

  • Limited customer interaction as needed with sales and customer success account teams.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and/or 4+ years working within a service-oriented organization either in video operations or advertising operations with an agency/publisher.

  • Curious by nature and interested in working in a fast-paced and fun environment.

  • Advanced skills in client relations and project task organization are essential.

  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage workload with minimal supervision.

  • Superb attention to detail and ability to work successfully while multitasking.

  • Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. They will not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.

Preferred Requirements :

  • Experience working with Monday.com, Slack, and Salesforce.

  • Experience in the electronic component industry and/or familiarity with the electronic device evaluation and selection process.

The total cash compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 . The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location and other factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
