Job Description: We are a full-service home medical equipment company offering a range of products including sleep therapy supplies, bed lifts, CPAP machines, ventilators, and more. The Petoskey location is a slower-paced office with a small team of three people, working closely with the Traverse City location.
Responsibilities:
Learn and understand the entire front-end process to ensure successful service for patients
Answer inbound and make outbound calls, and respond to emails
Obtain, analyze, and verify information from referrals, create orders, and schedule patients for equipment delivery
Process orders, route calls, and follow up on customer inquiries
Participate in on-call shifts, working remotely during these times
On-Call Details:
M-F 5pm-9pm
Sat-Sun 9am-9pm:
Holidays
On-call shifts are scheduled quarterly, with flexibility to give up or pick up shifts

Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning new technologies

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
