Assist in managing daily office operations, including facilities management and office supplies; Maintain and update company records, including contracts, reports, and correspondence; Review and analyze the financial, sales, purchasing, and management reports prepared by other departments; Analyze date on wages and salaries, and develop and maintain pay scales; Monitor and follow up on discrepancies in payment received, invoices and status pending orders; Assist in monitoring and managing departmental budgets and expenditures; Process invoices, track expenses, and prepare financial reports as needed; and Coordinate closely with other managerial personnel in supervising cash flows and in the preparation of financial reports.
